My name is Sean Dowling and I’m the educational teachnology coordinator at the Sharjah Higher Colleges of Technology. Since 2009, I have been experimenting with web-based courses. These courses use new web technologies for delivering and managing learning and for getting students to collaborate and share their work. My first web-based course, web2english, was successfully delivered to a class of non-formal students. Currently, I’m using another blog to deliver online learning with formal students at the Sharjah Higher Colleges. Over the next year or two, I will be adding web-based learning materials and courses onto this blog. Please feel free to use any of the materials. And comments are always welcome!
